The Tel Gador Reserve, located between Olga Beach and Mikhmoret Beach, rises on a kurkar cliff 33 meters above sea level, at the foot of which are magical coves in turquoise colors. At the top of the cliff is one of the most beautiful views of the Sharon region and at its foot, there are rare beaches that stretch in beauty. Apart from a hiking trail on the beautiful shoreline, the reserve offers sea turtle spawning farms, the possibility of observing typical birds and birds as well as the flowering of rare plants such as the shore lily and more.
A walk to the south of the reserve will lead you to the special fenced cliffs and a walk to the north will lead back to Olga beach and the hotel area.

Near the Beit Eliezer neighborhood and the ‘Shimon Peres’ road hides a special hill full of winter and spring flowers, as it used to be. This is the tulip hill – a relic of the ancient Sharon landscape. Many flowers grow on the hill, with their colorful tops. Animals are also hiding on the hill: turtles, insect species and porcupines. The trip is suitable for the whole family, especially in January-March.

The section in question is section number 14 for Israel. The trail begins at the Hadera West train station. There we connect to one of the most beautiful places in the country at the end of winter and the beginning of spring – Hasharon Park. The path crosses the Hadera forest to the south and enters the open park where large Tavor oak trees, low dunes, abundant vegetation and a large winter pool, between the hills and road 4. From the winter pool the path goes south, through the Hefer industrial zone A good place to watch the giant soft turtle. The last section is beautiful and comfortable, west along the Alexander River. Just before Highway 2 it is recommended to go up a little north to the beautiful lookout point at Horbat Samara. The path works under the large bridge of Road 2, continues to the estuary and another short walk along the sandy beach to the bathing beach of Beit Yanai and the nearby interchange – where there is a bus stop. In order to make a round trip route one has to take into account the return time and prepare with enough water and food. More details and a road story can be found at this link

Hasharon Park is a national park covering an area of 6,000 dunams and is a natural and complete landscape unit that contains the entire complex of Sharon landscapes. The park offers hiking trails among green spaces, carob and oak trees, lush vegetation and an abundance of birds and flowers. Soft sand dunes where you can roll and play. Hadera Forest consists of two main parts: the eucalyptus forest planted here in 1898 in an attempt to dry out the swamps, an open forest of Tabor oak trees, which is a remnant of a large oak forest that once covered the area. .
The park also has a large pool of water (not for swimming), there is signage from the eucalyptus grove. You can watch the waterfowl and frogs that frequent the pool.
